The European Tourism Dashboard is an interactive, browser-based data visualization dashboard built with D3.js (v7). It lets users explore 209 European tourist destinations across four dimensions – supply (number of destinations), demand (visitor counts), cost of living, and safety – through four linked and cross-filterable charts.

This project has been realized by the students André Rodrigues & Catarina Lopes in June 2026 as part of the course Data Ethics and Open Data at the UAS Technikum Wien as part of the StudyATHome hub. This course is also part of the project IoCEST – Internationalisation of the Curricula in Engineering, Environmental, Smart Cities and Sport Technologies which has been funded by the City of Vienna.
